EDITH PIAF


Was born in Édith Giovanna Gassion on 19 December 1915 and she died on 10 October 1963.
She was a French cabaret singer, songwriter and actress who became widely regarded as France's national chanteuse.
And one of France's greatest international stars.
Her music was often autobiographical with her singing reflecting her life, love, loss and sorrow. Her well known songs are "La Vie en rose" (1946), "Non, je ne regrette rien" (1960), "Hymne à l'amour" (1949), "Milord" (1959), "La Foule" (1957).
JEAN-MICHEL JARRE


Jean-Michel André Jarre was born on 24 August 1948. He’s a French composer, performer, and record producer.
He is a pioneer in the electronic, ambient, and new-age genres, and known as an organizer of outdoor spectacles of his music featuring lights, laser displays, and fireworks.
Jarre was raised in Lyon by his mother and grandparents, and trained on the piano. From an early age he was introduced to a variety of art forms, including those of street performers, jazz musicians, and the artist Pierre Soulages.
GILBERT BECAUD


Gilbert Bécaud was born on 24 October 1927 and he died on 18 December 2001.
He was a French singer, composer, pianist and actor, known as "Monsieur 100,000 Volts" for his energetic performances. His best-known hits are "Nathalie" and "Et maintenant”.
He remained a popular artist for nearly fifty years, identifiable in his dark blue suits, with a white shirt and "lucky tie"; blue with white polka dots.
CHRISTINE AND THE QUEENS


Héloïse Letissier was born in Nantes on 1 June 1988.
She’s known by her stage name Christine and the Queens he’s a singer, songwriter and producer.
And has been signed to the independent record label Because Music since 2012. Her work combines music, performance, art videos, drawings and photography.
